Returns & Refunds

We want you and your baby to love your Up in Arms Baby Towel. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.

Guidelines

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Once we receive and review your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  

Terms of Use

• All Up in Arms Baby products are intended to assist caregivers during bath time and require adult supervision
• Products are not safety devices and do not prevent accidents
• Use only as intended
• Keep products out of reach of children when not in use
